For more than a decade, we have continuously perfected our Duralon Ceramic Coating, and G10 Duralon Blue is exceptional in every category. It heats fast and evenly, releases food effortlessly, and is extraordinarily durable, with a hardness rating of 9H, making it extremely strong and resistant to abrasion, corrosion, and acid.
Duralon Blue promotes the creation of far infrared radiant heat within the cookware, up to 92% more, which penetrates food from inside and outside, leaving it moist and flavorful. Every frying pan is bonded and reinforced with an anti-warp stainless steel plate on the bottom, making it induction-ready and ensuring fast, even heat distribution and superior heat retention at any temperature.
Our cookware is safe for use on all cooktops, including electric and gas stoves, and oven-safe up to 500°F, allowing for seamless transition from stove to oven. The ergonomic, stay-cool stainless steel handles are designed for anti-fatigue use and feature a built-in heat diffuser to keep the grips reasonably cooler for longer.
